Marty and Becky Sloan

In 2004, Pastor Marty Sloan joined the Harvest Time team as a part of a five year transition plan to become the next Senior Pastor. In that role, he served alongside Pastor Kemp Holden, Jr. shepherding and leading the Harvest Time family through preaching, teaching and leadership development of the staff and congregation. On August 9th, 2009 Pastor Marty was passed the baton of the Senior Pastorate of Harvest Time.

Pastor Marty Sloan is passionate about communicating the Word of God enabling people of all ages to experience life transformation through a style of relevance and basics. He has been an ordained minister for over 10 years, and has served in ministry for 14 years. He has also been privileged to be a featured speaker at various churches, marriage conferences, and seminars across the nation.

Pastor Marty has served on various community and charitable organization boards. His personal interests include his family, reading and football. Marty and his wife Becky have been married since 1994 and have two sons Chandler, 13 and Landon, 9.

A brief note from Pastor Marty

One of my greatest joys as a pastor is to pastor from the center of the room. What I mean by this is, for me being a pastor means being surrounded by the people you shepherd not separated from them. One of my core values as a leader is “doing life together”, I enjoy the real life of others as they enjoy the same with me and my family.
